Pilates by Riya wellness events take place throughout the year, offering a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and community. Each event is designed to provide a refreshing change from traditional studio classes.

 

These events go beyond Pilates, they create a space to reconnect with your body, recharge your mind, and be part of a supportive community. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or completely new, the atmosphere is always relaxed, inclusive, and welcoming.
