












Meet Riya
Hi, I’m Riya! I am based in London, UK, and I am a Level 3 Certified Pilates instructor. For most of my life, I struggled with body image issues and the constant opinions of others. Though I was always active, by my 20s, I found myself pushing my body to prove its worth to others, making exercise feel like a chore. I knew I needed to find something that not only strengthened me inside and out but also sparked joy, boosted my confidence, and was sustainable for the long term. Thankfully, I found Pilates.
After 10 years of self-practice, I decided to become a teacher myself. Now, as a first-time mum, Pilates has been even more valuable to me in staying strong and connected to my body throughout pregnancy. I wanted to create sessions that serve the body, not break it down—classes that tone, strengthen, and build flexibility, while also healing both the mind and body. Seeing my clients grow in confidence and strength is why I am so grateful to be doing what I love.
A little more about me: I am a wife, a dog mum to my pooch Pluto, and have a huge sweet tooth. I’m incredibly close to my family, love travelling with my husband, and am excited to be on this new journey of motherhood.

My Teaching Style
My teaching style is warm, informative and motivating. I will always aim to give you a class that leaves you feeling better both inside and out!
Every class is suited to beginners and intermediate practisers alike as I offer different variations of each pose or exercise to suit you and your needs that day.
No matter your experience or body type, my classes are for you.
